WNY Filmmaker Spotlight – Filmmaker Lukia Costello
Join us at Fitz Books and Waffles on Saturday, July 8, at 2:00 pm for a screening and discussion with Buffalo’s own Lukia Costello
Lukia is a Ukrainian-American artist, filmmaker, editor/VFX artist, and founder/executive director of Spark Filmmakers Collaborative.
Here work documentary filmmaking style combines motion compositing and live recording with the goal of storytelling that connects hearts.
Lukia will be screening a rough cut of her soon-to-be-finished documentary film ‘Not for Art,” created in collaboration with beloved local artist and former arts educator Sylvia Kleindinst.
