NCCC Film and Animation Festival – Submit your Film or Animation by April 1

NCCC Film & Animation Festival, which began in 1998, is an international festival open to filmmakers of all ages and all levels of expertise. Seven $200 prizes are awarded to first-place winners in the festival competition. The festival is sponsored by Niagara County Community College’s Digital Media and Animation Departments and the Digital Filmmakers Club.
